We install TP-Link IP camera systems, and our engineers are accredited TP-Link system administrators. That means the system is configured by people trained on the platform rather than assembled from whatever hardware was cheapest that month — and it means we can support it properly for its whole life.

AI smart detection, not just motion

Traditional motion detection triggers on anything that moves — a passing van, a plastic bag, a change in light. You end up with hundreds of alerts a day, stop reading them, and the alerts stop being useful.

The systems we install use AI detection to tell the difference between events that matter and everything else:

• People and vehicle detection — alerts when a person or vehicle appears, not when a cat walks past
• Line crossing — notification when someone crosses a boundary you define, such as a doorway or perimeter

People counting for shops — without buying a second system

Retailers who want footfall data usually buy a dedicated people counter and pay for it separately, on top of the CCTV they already have. That is two systems, two installations and two invoices for cameras that are already pointed at the door.

Our systems count customers entering and leaving as part of the surveillance you are installing anyway. You can see footfall by hour and by day, measure whether a promotion actually brought people in, and roster staff against real numbers rather than guesswork — without the cost of a separate people-counting system.

Already have an old analogue system?

You do not necessarily need to start over. We can upgrade existing coax installations to digital, which usually means keeping the cabling already in your walls and ceilings while replacing the cameras and recorder. That keeps the disruption and the cost down considerably compared with a full rewire.

If your current system predates IP cameras, the difference in footage quality is the part most clients notice first — the difference between seeing that someone was there and being able to identify who.

PDPA and workplace surveillance

CCTV in a Singapore workplace captures personal data, which brings obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act. Businesses are generally expected to notify people that recording is taking place, to have a reason for collecting the footage, and to handle and retain it responsibly.

We advise on these obligations as part of the installation — signage, staff notification and sensible retention — so your system is set up correctly from the start rather than becoming a problem later. Maintenance is not optional

A CCTV system is the one piece of equipment in your office that can fail silently. Cameras drift out of position, lenses get dirty, hard drives fill or fail, and nothing tells you until you go looking for footage that was never recorded.

We strongly recommend a maintenance arrangement alongside any installation. It is the difference between owning cameras and having surveillance you can rely on.

Can you upgrade my existing analogue CCTV?

Yes. We convert coax installations to digital, which normally means reusing the existing cabling while replacing cameras and the recorder — less disruption and lower cost than a full replacement.

How long is footage kept?

At least 30 days as standard, and longer retention is available if you need it. Recording can be held on an on-site NVR, in the cloud, or both together for redundancy.

Do I need to tell my staff about the cameras?

Under the PDPA you are generally expected to notify people that CCTV recording is taking place. We advise on signage and notification as part of the installation so this is handled from day one.

Can I view the cameras from my phone?

Yes. Remote viewing from phone or desktop is standard, along with AI smart alerts so you are notified when something actually needs your attention rather than checking manually.

Can the cameras count how many customers come in?

Yes. People counting is built into the AI detection, so shops get footfall data from the same cameras handling security — no separate people-counting system to buy or install.
