We build the whole thing on TP-Link, and our engineers are TP-Link OCNA certified. Your network and your CCTV system run on the same accredited platform, configured together, supported by the same people. There is no gap between suppliers for problems to hide in.

Wi-Fi site surveys — coverage by measurement, not hope

Wi-Fi problems are rarely solved by buying a stronger access point. Concrete walls, metal shelving, glass partitions and neighbouring offices on the same channels all shape what actually reaches a desk.

We survey the premises and place access points based on what the building does to the signal — so the meeting room at the far end works as well as the desk beside the router. If your current complaint is that Wi-Fi drops in one particular corner, this is what fixes it.

Network and service monitoring

As an add-on to our support plans, we monitor your network so problems surface before your staff report them. We can also monitor the services running on it, so you learn that something has stopped responding from us, rather than from a customer who could not reach you.

Do you supply the equipment or only install it?

Both. We supply TP-Link routers, switches, access points and firewalls, and configure them as a designed system rather than a collection of boxes.

Can you fix Wi-Fi that keeps dropping in certain areas?

Yes, and that usually starts with a site survey rather than new hardware. Once we know what the building is doing to the signal, access point placement solves most coverage problems.

Do you do the cabling as well?

Yes. We handle structured cabling, including new points where your layout has changed, and we do the cabling for office relocations.

Can remote staff connect back to the office securely?

Yes. We configure firewalls and VPN access so staff working elsewhere reach office systems without exposing them to the internet.
